We are spending a
week in an apartment in the medieval part of Lorgues. The
beautifully renovated apartment has one steep flight of stairs to the
front door, one flight of stairs to the living area and another
winding set of stairs to the bedroom. We will be able to work off
the cheese and wine without any problem at all. The apartment is
lovely, but the landlord didn't turn the hot water system on until we
came so it was cold showers the first night.
We went for a walk
around the town. There are still seven towers, one an olive oil
mill, two gates and many fountains.

The stone arch and passage is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteYes, its lovely and has pale blue shutters above. Its the way we walk in from the carpark. We then walk through the Templière arch.
