Two weeks before we left our Air France flights were changed and the departure flight put back ten hours. Our landlady kindly let us leave the bags in the apartment. While she cleaned we went for a meander through medieval Marais and did last minute shopping.
It has been an amazing holiday - meeting with friends, finding a long lost great great grandfather, connecting with a seventh cousin in France, joyful worship at church and conversation afterwards. We are mindful of our good fortune in being able to visit and grateful to God for good health and safe travel.
