The mistral is said to be strong enough
to blow a dog off his chain. Today it blew the picture off the
outside cafe wall in Cabriés.
The metal salt and pepper were blown over also. We got the bill in a
little pouch, so they are used to it.

It was a complicated drive to find Aqueduc le
Roquefavour as the side road we wanted has been roadworked out. A
stunning piece of engineering.
