Vienne to Aix-en-Provence

Check out in Vienne wasn't until 12 so we had time to look at one more church and cloisters. Well, only the cloisters as the church didn't open until 11,

 

Train to Lyon, train to Aix TGV station, where there was a strong wind and bus to the city centre where surprisingly it was humid. There was only half an hour wait at both points. We then had an 800m walk to the hotel. Aix is hillocky!

We walked down the road to the famous Fontaine de la Rotonde and along the wide boulevard. As we have an apartment we then found a lovely big supermarket for some provisions.
